農藥是現代農業生產的利器，可增加農業單位面積之產量，改善農產品的品質，但是使用時必須注意使用人的安全，消費者食用的安全，以及環境安全的維護。這些安全的考慮在農藥上市前都已做過詳細的試驗，但是還是需要農民的配合，按規定之使用量、使用次數、安全採收期及特定的地區來正確的使用農藥，才能達到全面安全的目標。
Fertilizer is a necessary tool for modern agricultural production. It can increase the output quantity for each area unit, and improve the quality of agricultural products. However, farmers must consider whether a fertilizer is safe to use since consumers will consume the food grown with it. The environmental impact that comes with using fertilizer must also be considered. Before releasing them to the market, all fertilizers have to be strictly tested in terms of security and safety. and instructions given to farmers on how to use them.
