Awakened Few Are Angels Inger Ivesen Books

For those new to Inger Iversen, she covers multiple genres in her story. You got past lives, immortals and vampires to boot!

Book 2 in the Few Are Angels series picks up immediately where Book 1 ended. Ella has been taken by Laurent to a private island hideaway. Here Ella meets Ana and Darke who are her guards/friends. It’s a complicated relationship. Ella learns from her talks with Darke and her flash backs with Laurent that The Council ordered the death of her parents to awaken the Arc in her. Kale with the help of Alex, Jace and 2 other council members are able to save Ella, but the cost she pays for her freedom is high.
Once rescued, Ella must deal with her loss, reopen the pain of losing her parents and try to deal with the blood lust that has gripped Kale. Ella comes up with a plan to make it possible to be Kale forever so she goes to see the Council and bargain for her request. I certainly hope there is a Book 3 in this series. The reader can defer from the ending in Book 2 several things however I do feel there is enough going her to warrant a Book 3. The author has published Immortal Heart to tell Kale’s story. While I haven’t read this yet it sounds like more of a prequel than a continuation of his story with Ella. With that said, I did enjoy this book and am now following this author to read other works be her. I definitely would recommend this series.

Awakened Few Are Angels Inger Ivesen Books Reviews

Once again a great book to this series. Could not put the book down. So many twist and turns galore. Will most definitely get the next book by this author. Keep up the good work Inger Iverson.
This was a good sequel to Few Were Angels and will leave you wanting to read the last book in the series. The thing I didn't like was all of the POVs. I think it could have been done just as well with one or two perspectives.
the story continues smoothly onward. never predictable or boring. enough surprises and twists to keep the reader engaged and eager for the next turn of the page. if you want a paranormal experience that will keep you guessing about what happens next, this. is it.
I enjoy the story but I get very frustrated with the ending. It's not an "end" per se- it's just a pause clearly intended to get you to buy the next book. I think it's very uncool when authors do that. Just write a book start to finish. Trilogies should be able to stand on their own. This is not a real series, it's just parts of one story published separately. Still a good read but it's over with no resolution- left me hanging.
This was high powered, fast paced, riveting and gut wrenching. Things looked dark at the end of the last book. They are even darker in this one. Loss and lies describe this middle book. I still don't know who to trust, except kale. I hope in the next and final book Ella and kale take them all down!!! Ana is the wild card in this one. Her future actions could change the course of all their lives. I'm totally engrossed in this story. I hope the last book is as good as this one.
Yes, the book was a good read. I didn't like how the story kept flipping between each characters point of view. I felt I had to spend to much time trying to remember which character was telling the story at the time, instead of imagining the scene of what I was reading. The style of Few Are Angels and this book are a lot different. However, this book was very detailed and plotted a great story to what I hope has a fantastic fast paced ending, because of all the twists and turns of this story, I hope to get a bunch of answers in the next book of this series! Maybe I am being a bit whiny and over critical because I do recommend this book! I just want readers to be aware to only get more mystery in this book with very little answers! If you are like me and love a give and take book, Awakened will leave you yearning for answers, not only from its pages, but from Few Are Angels as well!

I have just realized the book I thought was the last book in this series is actually a prequel! After about an hour of looking for the book next in line I finally found it! Eternal Light and it is due to be released in June 2014 according to Inger Iversen's fan page on Facebook. I am really looking forward to reading it!
I am in love with this series. The character's are so vivid and real. The grab a hold of you and don't let go. I think I'm hooked like a drug addiction who needs her fix. Inger does such an amazing job with her character's. They are so real and lifelike. You feel like you know them and they are good friends you haven't talked to in a while when a new piece comes out of this story.
I can't put the crack pipe down and I refuse to step away from the table. Give me more Inger.
What must he overcome to protect her?
With no clue of what to do next and the responsibility of looking after Alex and Mia as promised, Kale is up to his ears in problems and no solutions. How will Kale save Ella, keep Alex and Mia safe, control Jace as well as control the Bloodlust that creeps beneath the surface waiting to be released? Will Kale be Ella's savior or will he convict her to a fate worse than the one Laurent has already promised her?
What truths will she learn?
Ella knows that the choices she makes affects not only her but everyone else around her, but what about the choices made to find her? Ella learns the truth about the death of her parents, learns that the ones she thought she could trust aren't so trustworthy after all.
How will Ella handle these betrayals, and will she be able to sacrifice what is necessary to obtain eternal life?
The second book in this amazing series by Inger Iversen. She is an amazing writer and I love her characters. So well written and the book flows easily. I get totally sucked in and don't want to put it down.
